Not really critical but who knows.

| We found some problems in the underlying technology we were using
for the suport of threads. Whena thread is told to delete itself
some times it would cause an accvio as you have seen (the thread
id you listed is the notification thread id). This problem whould
be corrected in the SSB kig.
