DECmcc provides jackets routines around DECthread condition variable routines
for compatibility reasons.
Ex : mcc_condition_wait -> cma_cond_wait
I need cma_cond_timed_wait routine and cma_time_get_expiration routine
and I don't find the corresponding jackets.
Can't we use this routines with DECmcc?
If yes, which API should we use?
Is it the same thing for CMA queue routines?
