	Hello,


	I have noticed a "strange" behaviour of the command :
		SHOW Rules attributes 
	when it is issued from the Iconic Map.
	I get the following error message in the window that 
	has been created to show the rules attributes :

The rule Domain PRSTRA_NS:.SARE_TEST Rule Management_Event was not enabled,
and therefore has no counters.

	So I must ENABLE the rule and then I can show the rule
	attributes. But it would be very useful to be able to show 
	the attributes of the rule without to enable it.
	

	Now a question.

	I would like to know if it is possible to get the list of the
	names of the events associated to my entity when I click MB2
	to expand the Event Name field when I create a rule.

	Work with DECmcc T1.2.7 on VMS.
