    The DECmcc BMS V1.2 has gone through a complete engineering review
    (finally) and has been sent out for signoff.  The other SPDs, Director,
    Toolkit, etc., will be updated/edited using the BMS copy for
    consistency where appropriate.  A copy of the edited BMS SPD is located
    in DELNI::USER$182:[S_LANE.PUBLIC]BMS_SPD.TXT.  NOTE:  This is still 
    not the "official" SPD as it has not gone through the entire process.
    However, it has been through a complete engineering review and is as
    accurate as we could make it.
    
    On a separate topic, I have compiled a list of EMA/DECmcc projects
    throughout the company and have posted it in my public directory as
    well.  It's EMA_PROJECTS.TXT.  The information is in response to
    a questionnaire that Mark Sylor and I sent out some time ago.  It
    has been posted as a means to encourage communication between various
    groups throughout the company who are/may be working on EMA and DECmcc
    related projects.
