Working on a DECmcc/Ultrix bid the customer is looking for a trouble ticketing system. To date we have been looking at 3rd Party systems, until the customer returns from a DEC seminar having been told we are 'developing' a trouble ticketing system in Valbonne. He now wants details of it. If this system is in development, at what stage is it now ? Is there anything tangible on VMS or Ultrix ? Is it available for use/demonstration ? &*) Rex
