    Would anyone be so kind to answer my questions? I'm going to plan
    the transition to MCC at a customer site. The customer already has
    all point-products  -Ethernim,LTM, NMCC, RBMS,TSM,etc.
    
    What I hope to know as soon as possible is:
    
    a)plans for LTM and LTM-reports integration under MCC. I read a
    previous notes on this topic, but it is quite unclear when this
    integration is to be implemented (no hints about planned schedules).
    
    
    b)Vitalink AM. If I understand well, this is not supported by the
    latest field test release (T 1.2.7). We have a big Vitalink-based
    X-LAN to manage, and you can easily grasp how strategic it is for
    us to rely on this AM.
    What can I say to the customer? Will this AM be "ported" under V.1.2
    soon?
    
    If the AM is not available for quite a long time, may I control the
    Vitalink through the SNMP? I guess we can, but I don't know the
    exact SW. versions for Translan III and Translan 350. By the way,
    getting documentation on their AM is harder than "going shopping" in
    Fort Knox!
    
    
    Any help from you is welcome, as I must start my consultancy service
    next Wednesday.

    According to our local Vitalink rep, the Vitalink AM will be ported to
    v1.2 of DECmcc director. If you have truoble getting Documentation in
    you local area or need a technical contact call Mike Krueger at
    Vitalink in Malvern. PA (215)644-7408 who can put you in touch with
    someone from Vitalink in you area or help you directly.
