    	Could somebody tell precisely which access module implements the
    REFERENCE ENTITY.  Is it part if the registration-fm ?  Therefore is it
    part of the DECmcc Director package?

	Yes, the reference entity is implemented by registration, and is part of the director kit. -- Erik
