Please look at the attached log file from MCC. Note that I've edited
it so that the important bits fit into 80 columns.
The problem is (I think) around specifing time. I created rule TEST1
via the IMPM and it's a close copy of the example on page 5-30 of the alarms
manual. When the rule is enabled, the alarm data never changes. See the
Notification information. The packet rate never changes. If I take the same
expression and use it in a Show Node4... packet rate .... command, the
packet rate does change.

| That's weird.
It looks like alarms isn't getting new information for each poll, as if
the scope of interest (for clause) gets instantiated at the rule
enable time and doesn't get re-calculated at each polling interval.
We'll run it past some experts here to see what's going on.
