I am just showing DECmcc on a Tradeshow and have big troubles with
accessing Bridges and Concentrators.
Symptoms:
=========
RESET Bridge from ICPM hangs whole MCC after doing the reset = Stop Proc
Rule to check Bridge running = MCC hang when Bridge is powered down
Register nonexisting FDDI CON 500 Hang, half registered CON needs
Restore of MIR (Can't Deregister, Cant Register)
LAN AUTOtopology hangs after doing Topology more or less ok
It seems like if a Bridge or CON is not accessible, MCC hangs forever
all the other things run normal (with known problems)
Configuration:
Sys1 Vax model 76 28 Mb VMS5.5 MCC 1.2.7,
Sys2 Vax model 60 56 Mb VMS5.5 MCC 1.2.7,
Both have TSAM 1.2.7, RCMP 1.2.7 installed
one Network Professor 1.2.7
I can't do much there (busy...) but does anybody have some Ideas ??
in the moment I run MCC pipelined
(Always have one good window waiting for use ... )

| I installed the first announced (this Notesfile) 1.2.7 kit
Tomorrow I check the detailed Revision, can't access Easynet from
there.
