            This is for Ultrix.  I have the MCC 1.2 EFT, and the mcc_Desframe
            is in /usr/mcc/mmtoolkit/examples.  Shouldn't it be in
            /usr/include?
    
            The other include files are in /usr/mcc/mmtoolkit/include.
    	    Why aren't they also in /usr/include?
