	MCC 1.2.7 on VMS.

	MCC_ALARMS_EXTRACT_RULES adds some attributes to the rules
which prevent the alarms MIR being rebuilt. They are -

	Probable Cause
and	Target Entity

	This is one of those problems which make us happy there is a field test ... 8) I think that these attributes are generated by Alarms .. and therefore not supposed to be entered from the command line. Because they were in the Alarms MIR, the extract rules tool pulled them out and put them into the script. I will QAR this problem. In the mean time you'll have to edit the script before running it. Sorry for the inconvenience. /keith
