Hello,
We have installed DECmcc T1.2.7 on VMS.
I work with private files MCC_FDICTIONARY.BPT and
MCC_FDICTIONARY.DAT that I have copied from MCC_EXAMPLES directory.
When I invoke the Iconic MAP, 3 options are missing in the menu called
from "File" :
Salience
Notify Domain
View
so I can't create rules and receive event notifications.
When I look into my MCC director, I have the following modules :
ALARMS
REGISTRATION_FM
FCL
ICONICMAP
NOTIFICATION_FM
DOMAIN_FM
SARE_AM
REFERENCE_AM
Could you please tell me what is missing ?

Get into DAP and
SHOW CLASS MCC SUBCLASS ICONICMAP SUBCLASS APPLICATION SUBCLASS NOTIFICATION_PM
exists. The iconic map uses this to see if the kit is a BMS or
DIRECTOR (no notification, alarms, etc...) kit. This check is new
so I wouldn't be suprised if the develoment dictionary doesn't have
it.
I do not believe the MS file or com file is part of the toolkit.
Send mail if you want a copy of it to load your dictionary.
