    VAX DetMCC/VMS is now an official ASSETS (PASS) package and are
    therefore available for customers.
    
    For more information about the kit and how to obtain the kit
    see the VTX (keyword ASSETS_EUROPE) or the Notes file
    EADC::EADC
    
    The on-line kit location on VAXBOX::LUDDE has been removed.
