    I'm working with DECmcc X1.2.4, VAX/VMS 5.4, MIR.
    
    	I've customized my event environment making MCC command files that 
    set outbound streams and remote sink monitors both on remote node and 
    MCC host node (obviously the MCC host node has the local sink monitor 
    too). I've set volatile and permanent databases becouse my consideration 
    was that, if you set permanent database, you don't need to do anything 
    if the node went off and then startup again.
    	 Everything seemed to be right, but I've noted some strange 
    situation :
    
    	1) If the MCC host node went off, when it starts again I don't find
    any event set for its outbound stream, in other words it seems not to 
    load the information from the permanent database.
    
    	2) Sometime the OUTBOUND STREAM events seem to disappear also if the 
    MCC node don't go off. The thing very strange is that if I make PASS 
    commands to set them, I can't see them as well.

    That is :
    1) SHO NODE4 BNACCR OUTBOUND STREAM BNACCR REMOTE SINK CONSOLE ALL CHAR
    	No information
    	(If I made the same command from the DECwindow PM/sho char, the answer 
    is : no entity istance exists)
    
    2) SHO NODE4 BNACCR OUTBOUND STREAM BNACCR REMOTE SINK CONSOLE ALL INIT ATTR
    	All events are listed
    
    3) PASS NODE4 BNACCR OUTBOUND STREAM BNACCR REMOTE SINK CONSOLE CLASS 0, 
    EVENT TYPE (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)
    	Pass completed successfully
    
    4) SHO NODE4 BNACCR OUTBOUND STREAM BNACCR REMOTE SINK CONSOLE ALL CHAR
    	No information (10 seconds before MCC told me the PASS was 
    successfull!)
    
    
    What I'd like to know is how the DNA4 AM events work. 
    Is it right that if I  set the permanent database I've made the work 
    correctly ?

    the only thing i know is that I run the mcc_startup_dna4_evl
    each time i reboot to get the sinks correctly setup.
