Which operating system?
what protocol are you using to poll the routers?

| Hi
It's DECmcc version 1.1 on VMS 5.4 and I'm polling the routers using
the Phase iv access module. If I click on the router Icon I can see all
of the circuits and I can do a show status from the iconic map on them
individually without any problems.

| Hi,
I'm due to hand over DECmcc to the customer tomorrow 27th April,
however due to the nature of this problem and that in note 2761, he has
mainly a red map. Any advise welcomed.
Thanks in advance

2748.5 | fixed in v1.2 | TOOK::S_KO | Hoot mon! | Mon Apr 27 1992 16:30 | 13 |
| hello Terry,
i am sorry for such a late reply.
A bug was found in the V1.1 Phase IV AM that exhibits this
behavior; it is has been fixed in V1.2.
are the routers that you are polling single-link systems? (that is,
they only support one network management link). Do you make multiple
requests of the router? If so, try staggering the requests so that
they will not attempt to access the system all at the same time.
