    Hi,
    
    A question of notification services : I noticed in the documentation
    that when noticication services are set up for a domain, we should
    receive notifications for alarms firing and *configuration* events...
    Does this mean *only* events defined in the configuration partition will
    be notified ?
    
    Related question : Will events from child entities be notified, or do
    notification services just do a GETEVENT on global entities ?
