The list you've given above is correct. Some added detail:
1. DECmcc ELM AM ..available on both VMS and MIPS/ULTRIX
Bridge AM
Concentrator AM
FDDI AM
DECmcc ELM FM ..available on both VMS and MIPS/ULTRIX
Bridge Spanning Tree FM
FDDI Ring Mapping FM
Spanning Tree/FDDI Map PM
2. TSAM ..initially available on VMS only
3. TCP/IP Fault diagnostic FM ..available on both VMS and MIPS/ULTRIX
The DECnet FDA FM is not part of the V1.2 Fault Diagnostic Services
package. I know of no plans to release DECnet FDA FM on V1.2.
