Course describes how the Simple Network
Management Protocol (SNMP) is used to
                    communicate management information between
the network management stations and the
                    agents in the network elements.

This version of the course was terrible. I will avoid courses from
this instructor in the future. I can't imagine that he's teaching it
again based on the poor evaluations that I know he received.

This "technical" introduction really is not. It seems to be designed
more for MIS managers who just want to pick up some SNMP vocabulary.

A better use of your time would be to read some SNMP literature in your
    local library.

I agree with Ed. This course moved at a snails pace and could
easily to squeezed into 1 day. You would learn more about SNMP
by skimming through the Simple Book.
