I have a customer claim that after he registered an entity (node4) completed the toolbox turned all blank. Note: It only happens recently, it was working fine before. He claim that he did nothing except autogen to improve system performance. Do you have any idea? Thanks, Susan

please be careful, autogen may do what it thinks best, but it doesn't go out and check to see if these new values meet the minimum requirements of MCC. Please run mcc_audit on the account/system and see what it says. |
