When SNMP private MIB extensions have been compiled and includes in
the DECmcc dictionary, are include files been produced? If yes, where
should we find these. If no, how can these been produced?
Can a MSL be made from the DECmcc dictionary
( reverse of MANAGE/TOOL/SPECIFICATION), or can a MSL be produced
form a private MIB ?

The adding of private mib extensions to the dictionary is a 3-staged
process.
mtu msl translator DAP
MIB ==> MSL ==============> DAP COM file ==> Dictionary
You can find the .ms files in the directory in which you were
running the mib translator.
