Hi, DECmcc X1.2.15 using DNS Iconic Map If an Exception is triggered when an alarm fires, the exception does not seem to be cleared on the next evaluation of the alarm if the condition is cleared. If an Alarm is fired everything works as advertised. The Propagation on the Iconic Map is set to Latest. If an entity generates an exception because of a communication problem it should clear if the communication problem goes away. So why don't exceptions clear like alarms do ? Joe

Joe, I currently have that section of code open on my desk. I'll check it and get back to you (and file a QAR if necessary). /keith |
