A new customer of Digital has ordered 4M dollar fix price
hardware and software project. And part of the contract calls
for a detailed Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) for DECmcc. The
Modules involved in the Document would be:
* The Basic Management System
* Performance Analyzer Module
* Alarms Functional Module
* DECNet Phase IV Access Module
* DECNet/OSI Access Module
* TCP/IP SNMP Access Module
* Ethernet Stations Access Module
* Bridge Access Module
* Iconic Map Presentation Module
* Developer's Toolkit
* LAN Traffic Monitor (LTM) Reports
* DECelms (Extended Local Area Network Management)
* NMCC/VAX Ethernim
* Terminal Server Manager (TSM)
If someone could give me an idea where to start looking, I would
appreciate it. I don't want to re-invent the wheel if there is
any part of this already done. If you have any pointers, give

Randy as per our conversation, please start with John Egolf.
I don't believe that an ATP currently exists, but one might
be able to be written using some of the comprehensive test
scripts or demo scripts that we have available in the group.

I should like one as well. Knowing that an implementation of DECmcc can
be very subjective.

Add my name on the list! I'd like to have this for DECmcc
implementation services and network management proposals! It would be a
great idea to add this kind of aceptance criteria to the DECmcc
Implementation Service SDK.
