    Some of you might have been around 14 months ago when we hit the V1.1
    milestone, and many others are new to the conference. I just wanted to
    reiterate my appreciation to each of you for helping to make this a
    successful conference and for providing excellent ideas and feedback.
    Your participation has helped to make DECmcc V1.2 a better product.
    
    For the first 15 months of this conference there were 500 topics
    started with an average of 175 notes entered each month. Since that
    time there have been an additional 1700 topics started over the 14
    months, and we now average 614 entries a month (that's 20/day, 7 days a
    week). That brings us to 2200 topics and 11227 entries!
    
    Your help in making MCC a success is appreciated by the entire MCC
    team; and your help in keeping this conference professional and
    curteous is appreciated especially by the moderators.

    I would just like to enter a quick note now that we have reached a
    major milestone in the MCC developement cycle (V1.1 EFT release). I'd
    like to say that as moderator of this conference I have appreciated the
    interest that people have shown in this conference, and the
    professional attitude that has been maintained throughout the notes file. 
    
    This conference has been available for 15 months, and during that time
    we have seen 500 topics and more than 2630 entries. This averages out
    to more than 175 notes a month, with the daily average steadily
    increasing! (200 new topics were entered in the last 3 months alone.) 
    
    Thanks to all the readers and supporters of this conference for
    making it, and keeping it successful. Let's keep the good exchanges
