Hello, I had an intersting problem when I tried to install the toolkit. Here's the scenario - first I didn't have enough space - it kicked me out telling me I needed 15,000 something free blocks. I managed to free up around 17,000 free blocks and proceeded with the installation and got all the way to "moving....to target directories" when the installation proceedure blows up again with insufficient space to copy the file DEBUG_55EFT_TASK_SUPLMNT.PS. OK - now the real problem happens the toolkit installation does NOT cleanup after itself. There is no list of files in the install guide to tell me what files got copied and where. This is not fun. I spose I could use the savesets and construct by hand the files that were copied. Right now I have about 483 free bloocks on my system disk. What do you suggest I do? Is there a deinstall proceedure? Silly question I know. Any help would be appreciated Cindy

Entered as QAR 2228 in MCC_INTERNAL. No, there is no de-install script, but someone should be able to get you a list of files. | |||||

To see what files are in savesets enter: backup/list savesetname.ext/saveset This will list the files in a saveset. But its much harder to find out where each file goes unless you have create kits. You can basically search the whole disk. Most all MCC files start with MCC. |
