    I registered my first CIRCUIT_AM entity today, so please be
    understanding.
    
    It was a circuit between two ethernet-based DECnet IV nodes.
    
    Everything was fine until I tried to SHOW COUNTERS, at which point I
    received the following Management Window Message:
    
    Software error:one or more fields cannot be decoded--datatype not yet
    implemented.
    
    **> What is the implementation plan?
    
    IDENTIFIERS, CHARACTERISTICS, STATUS, REFERENCES  all worked just fine.
