Some of my rewritten DCL command procedures and also the supplied command
procedures are giving the following errors DCL-W-BUFOVL during the reading
of the alarms data file.
The alarms data file contains about 1000+ spaces after the severity level.

The other problem I have seen is that the alarm rule expression
(OCCURS(NODE4 .XXXXX circ * adjacent node * adjacency down))
never becomes true, this rule have been working with version 1.2
and these events are still logged in operator.log
MCC_DNA4_EVL.LOG doesn't show any problems.
Other events like counters zeroed are working.

I am currently running VMS version 5.5 and DECmcc version T1.2.4.

Is this due to this field test version??

	Someone may be able to comment on the second part, but at least the padding sounds like a bug. Filed as QAR 2183
