Problems with V1.1 DECmcc BMS. (VMS 5.4-3 Vax3800 48Mb) "System-f-accvio reason code 0 virual address 0c PC f0890 psl 3c004" This has occur several times.When opening a domain and when recieving decnet events. Have already applied 3 patches KERNEL_1,KERNEL_2 and KERNEL_3. Also DECmcc crashed when exiting the iconic map Toolkit error :Cannot perform malloc and finally Sometime when starting up DECmcc iconic map , the DECmcc Event manager disable alarm verification .This sometime cause iconic map to crash. It there any more patches for DECmcc V1.1 (Decmcc is recieving circuit up/down from 20 Demsas and is polling the demsas every hour for node status.) PS "It is a bag of worms" Gary

I have sent this off to the PL. It is possible that this is the iconic map lock problem. The problem occured when an event was reported on an entity while the map files and domain information were still being setup. | |||||

Check your account quotas. Make your pagefile quota > 75000 and your working set quota > 8000 and ses if the problem disappears. The malloc error is telling you you are running out of memory. memory! /Jim |
