A quick question I hope. Can you run the DECmcc director with the
DECmcc ELM V1.0 to give basic management of or FDDI kit i.e. sets and
shows, or is the BMS required also. The reason I ask is the ELM is described
as having an enhanced bridge access module, therfore do you need the
bridge access module supplied in the BMS before you can use the ELM.

Yes you can install/run ELM on the director without BMS. You will need the following license PAKS: DECMCC-ELM-AM-V DECMCC-ELM-FM-V Bob | |||||

The ELM V1.0 kit includes a Bridge AM and a Concentrator AM. The FDDI
AM was not written at the time. If you want to do sets and shows on
the fiber lines of a DECbridge 500/600 or DECconcentrator 500 then yes.
