While running the Graph to collect statistics on:
o Outbound Utilization
o Inbound Utilization
o Error Percent
An error eventually occurs on the Inbound Utilization graph window (the
runner puts his hands on his head) and clicking on the status icon
displays the error:
Counters were not zeroed, yet a counter decreased between samples.
and the graph stops. Other graphs continue normally.

Forgot to mention: The entity being graphed was a DPV-0-1 line
supporting an X.25 connection on a VAX-II. The Outbound utilization
graph continues to run. Error Percent also eventually hangs.
