This is a known problem that has been reported to the CMA developers.
See page 3-3 of the release notes.  If you haven't read at least the
installation section of the release notes, and the sections for whatever
management modules you will be running, you are likely to encounter
other problems.

We understand that the release notes are very large, and are working
to cut them down to size.  Meanwhile, please try to be patient,
and read the sections that are relevant to your work.
