Hello,

I found that when I access a node4's linecounters via MCC T1.2.4 I get the wrong
values back for 

		Receive failures
		Send failures
		Counter Craation Time

The difference is not only a few bits. for example NCP tells me 0 receive
failures and MCC tells me 35000.

    Yes, this problem was already qared.  It is being worked on.  The
    fix should be in the next release.
