    I'm trying to get information from a X25router (DEMSA), more exactly I'm
    trying to get event information like "Retransmit Maximum Exceeded" from
    a X25 line of the DEMSA.

    First of all I've given this command:

       MCC>  CREATE NODE4 x25rt1 OUTBOUND STREAM bdrcgr REMOTE SINK MONITOR -
       _MCC> CLASS=0, EVENT TYPE={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}

    where: "X25RT1" is the DEMSA node and "BDRCGR" is the MCC Station.

    Performing this operation I get this error message:

        DECnet PHASE IV Management Protocol Error
        error condition = invalid parameter value


    Then I've tryed also to get events from the LOAD HOST node (the VAX that
    boots the DEMSA), because I can see the OPCOM messages from DEMSA on the
    console of this node.

    It works fine for the events coming from this node, but I can't see 
    any events from the remote node X25RT1.

    Besides I need to get events from a line of the DEMSA and the Load Host 
    node has not any X25 lines.

    Is it possible to get events from DEMSA? If so how can I do that?
