When trying to use the followng command 

	set node4 engr20 line syn-0  line speed = 384000

I get the following error message


Internal error in DECnet Phase IV AM.
                              MCC Error = %MCC-E-NOENTITY,  no corresponding
                                          entity instance exists

with MCC V1.2 configured not to use DNS.

    Thank you for your input.
    
    This error message is returned when the entity instance is not found in
    the MIR or DNS during the operation.  The message is somewhat misleading 
    and is already qared.  We will improve it in near future.
