I've just upgraded DECmcc BMS V1.1 to DECmcc BMS T1.2. I've tried to use the autoconfiguration of DECnet nodes, specifying that I wanted all Level 1 and level 2 routers on the LAN. After a certain amount of time and amount of data, I get EXCEEDED QUOTA. I 've checked the process parameters against the release note, and I was high above the requirements for BYTLM, ENQLM, FILLM, PGFLQUOTA and the WSxxx parameters. Any idea what this might be? My settings are BYTLM=70000 PGFLQUOTA=35000 FILLM=200 ENLQM=2000 TQELM=128 ASTLM=48 DIOLM=18 BIOLM=36 PRCLM=4 JTQUOTA=1024 WSDEF=512 WSQUOTA=4096 WSEXTENT=10000 Bjrn Olav Haugom in Oslo

1887.1 | Cop out w/AUDIT_MCC.COM | MCDOUG::MCPHERSON | My object paradigm needs integration... | Fri Dec 06 1991 09:00 | 5 |
Why not just punt and copy AUDIT_MCC.COM (pointer somewhere in this conf.) It saves me from having to lookup all the quotas when I have a prob. {I can never find *anything* around my office!] /doug

Also, when you DO find out what quota is a problem, please post it so I can update AUDIT_MCC to check for it... :-) s/rob

In the release notes of T1.2.4, there is a list of quotas to check for. Using the AUDIT_MCC procedure solved the problem, and some of the recommen- dations in the procedure are higher than those in the release notes, but some are lower, so I picked the highest one of both. Bjrn Olav Haugom |
