Questions on the V1.2 module/package matrix... Q1. SMS is not listed as a package - with V1.2 does SMS go away? Q2. If SMS is no longer a package with V1.2, what happens to those customers that purchased SMS originally with the promise of replacing the point product functionality (TSM, LTM, RBMS, Enim) with comparable DECmcc AM functionality? Will current SMS customers with update service be automatically upgraded to EMS? Q3. Can we make our customers aware of the packaging changes? Thanks Merlin

Merlin, Yes, SMS goes away with the release of the V1.2/V2.2 packages. Yes, SMS customers with MDDS will be upgraded to EMS V2.2. No, for now please do not share packaging changes in general with customers until closer to announcement in early April. Rgds, Steve Lane NSM Product Management |
