While installing EMS 2.1 on a VAXstation 4000/60 I ran into the
error message:
VMSINSTAL-E-BADSPEC, File NMCCUI.EXE cannot be parsed
MCCEMS-E-FILERR, Error moving file NMCCUI.EXE to NMCC$EXE
VMSINSTAL-E-INSFAIL, The installation of MCCEMS 2.1 has failed.
Can anyone help me with this?

Could you send me more of the particulars of what you were
doing? ie is the system running vms 5.5, what part of ems were
you installing, how did you answer the questions?
