	Is there any interest out there on a interactive interface to a 
	Detached MCC process ?

	The interface is command line only with a few restrictions, but none
	that has any major impact on the functionality.

	This tool could be very usefull for running alarms and still be able 
	to control them from any interactive session or batch job.
