    With DECmcc ELMS V1.0, the IP address and Default Gateway address can
    be set on a DECconcentrator 500.
    
    When trying to set the Trap address, it complains, 
    
    	Attribute Not Settable.
    	
    The f/w level on the concentrator is V3.0.  The release notes for the
    f/w says it can be set with DECelms.
    
    Does setting it through DECelms or DECmcc ELMS make a difference?
