In the iconic map, add entity section, what format is used
to enter an entity on the entity line? I want to do a circuit_substate
on a DECnet node called upoab.

The iconic map in v1.1 always denotes entities using their DNS
registered names for the global entity (eg. Node 4 .dna_node.goste),
and the appropriate datatype for the child (eg. Node4 .dna_node.goste
line sva-0).
