Good day,

I've created a few domains (with 1 sub-domain in each) using the iconic map. I
now find that I want to insert another level of domains:

		 _______Top level domain________
		/	   |			 \	 <------+       
	Domain1		Domain2			Domain3		|
	/		   |			  \ 		|     
       /		   |			   \		|
   Domain1.1		Domain2.1		Domain3.1	|
								|
	
In effect, I want to insert a new domain between the top level domain and
Domain3 (and have the current Domain3 as a subdomain of my newly created domain).

I've tried the COPY operation on the ICONIC map but it only copies 5 or 6
entities to the new domain (I have about 20). I also tried renaming the .MCC_MAP
file to the new domain (using the MCC_domainname.MCC_MAP syntax) but again, not all
the entities get moved over.

What am I missing?

    Have you tried copying the domain using FCL? Do you still see the
    problem?

    I've tried the FCL COPY DOMAIN command with the same results. Only a
    few entities get copied over to the new domain...

	In V1.1  there  are  some known problems copying Domains.  I've
	created a command  file  to act as a work-around solution until
	V1.2 comes out and solves the problem in the proper way.

	Look for it posted previously in this conference.

To insert a domain into a hierarchy does not require a copy command.

In the example in .1

Delete domain top_level_domain member Domain 3		! breaks the hierarchy.
Create domain top_level_domain member new_domain	! Inserts New domain
Create domain new_domain member Domain_3		! adds rest of tree 

This will be much quicker.

In Iconic Map 

	MB1 on toolbox single bar delete, click on Domain_3
	MB1 on  toolbox Domain, drop new_domain
	Double click into new_domain
	MB1 on toolbox Domain, drop Domain_3
