| The most recent printed version supports DECmcc Version 1.1, and is
dated March 1991. (Look at your title and copyright pages.)
The next version due out is the Version 1.2 EFT draft, which supports
V1.2 and is undated (but due out Any Day Now).

| Bookreader for FCS, yes. For EFT? No, sorry.

| Well, since the field test is delayed, is any of the doc set yet
available for printing? We could be printing and reviewing the docs
while we are waiting for the product.
Has a switch been made on documentation preparation or is Interleaf
still used? Isn't a field test of the Bookreader versions called for?
This would help you get feedback on how well the converter works. We
don't need it perfect (at least I don't) and I'd like to save a few
trees and a few $$$ for Digital. Please consider it...

| Note 63.15 announces that most of the EFT documents are already
available as .PS files.
We plan to issue the final Version 1.2 user documents (and a lot of the
Developer's Toolkit documents as well) in Bookreader format.
We never planned to issue the EFT documents in Bookreader format. The
conversion tool from Interleaf to Bookreader is still being tested, and
there was insufficient time in the original schedule to convert the
documents even if the tool worked. However, the tool is looking good,
and as a byproduct of the testing effort a number of DECmcc documents
have been converted to Bookreader format. You will note a few
announcements to that effect in the topic titled "Documentation issues"
(I do believe).
If you have a preference for our next test, let us know. Perhaps
_DECmcc Use_?
