What is the status of the TSAM? Will it ship with V1.2 of BMS? SMS? EMS? Has there been any discussion around an early ship for TSAM for those customers having BMS 1.1 or SMS 2.1? I'm constantly getting beaten up over this issue of TSAM availability. Customers who have invested time and money in DECmcc are getting impatient waiting for TSAM. They want it now, or at least sooner than April '92. Any chance that may happen? Merlin

Hello. I too share your frustration about not having TSAM out. We are
currently adding functionality shown to be needed by the field test we ran
before, as well as support for several new terminal servers. It was
necessary to staff a new development team to restart our efforts and
this has taken some time. We are still on a schedule that shows a
release in April 1992.
