For the first patch you need to use the same format as the second patch
you attempted.
$ patch @mccbms011_patch_pa_1.com

It looks like it can't find the file. Try set verify and try again.
You'll probably see what is bombing.

note 1267.7 has how to install the patch. Just copy the patch
file to the appropriate directory so it can find the image file
and patch it. Then replace the image with install.
