Can someone please comment on the following?

One of our customers is trying to Export Circuit Data from a past date
(18th Sept. 00:05 ->00:25  -2 Records only) . One of the subprocesses 
(Netmgr_1) enters a Rwmbx state and the other one (Netmgr_2) sits in Hib 
It looks as if there are 3 outstanding unread messages sitting in the mailbox
used between the two subprocesses,  which have not been read by Netmgr_2.
(Either Netmgr_2 has Not been notified that there are messages waiting or
it has been notified and has not done anything about it ????)
Netmgr_1 goes into Rwmbx as the message size is 1FC and we only have 1A6 left.
After about 10 minutes the application crashes out closing all the windows;
A Stop/Id on the Netmgr_1 process is successful after this  happens and the
application can be restarted without any problems.Memory pool well tuned ,and
defmbxbufquo has been increased (although the value is hard coded anyhow?)

I am currently asking the Customer to retry with another data sample,to
eliminate that as a possible problem

    In MCC V1.1 Past Time Export does not work. 
    
    There is a patch for Exporter FM V1.1 but it's pending due to the
    related problems outside of the Exporter.   
    
    It will be fixed in V1.2
