    network; the agency heading this up prefers VAX/VMS as an operating
    platform (they took a look at MSU but hate UNIX).

	Norm, Would you say DECmcc stands a good chance of winning? What is our competiition? What are the "must have" criteria that DECmcc doesn't (currently) have? When will a decison be made? And finally, what size sale are we talking about (ie: how many systems are exepcted to be sold and potiential revenue)? JCE
