I recently installed DECmcc ELM and it failed during the Help File Builder. When
I do a help under DECmcc there is no help. I do a dir of the help files and get:

MCC_CHARACTER_CELL_HELP.HLB;3     7
MCC_CHARACTER_CELL_HELP.HLB;2  2543

MCC_DECWINDOWS_HELP.HLB;3         7
MCC_DECWINDOWS_HELP.HLB;1      1918

I rename the current help files and reuse the old ones, the help is back to 
orginal, but no help for DECmcc ELM. I did a reinstall of DECmcc and only selected
the Help File Builder. I get the following errors building the help files and it 
puts the empty help file back again.

Anyone got any suggestions on how I can fix the problem?

I don';t know how or from where, but you definitiely have bad data in 
the help file (input .HELP files), which is causing the creation of the
.HLB files to fail.

I personally do not have the TS AM or ELMS AM. I will send your
problem along to the *NEW* HFB project lead and have him get in touch
with you. My guess is there is a bad help topic located in one o.f the 
two new help files.

Darryl did contact me. But unfortunatly, I had to get MCC working again. So I 
reinstalled everything and it now works.
