To those in the know, answers to the following three questions are
urgently required to address a formal RFP. Any information which would
help me to formulate an intelligent answer would also be *very*
welcome.

1. Specification language for Fault Diagnostic Assistant Function
Module. (ie is it based on AI, what language etc)
2. Maximum number of
- events/alarms per min
- managed objects
- simultaneous protocol stacks
- operator terminals active at any one time
On VAX 3100 (on the recommended platform)
3. Cost estimate for developing a sample Access Module. The info
required for this could be in the form a functional specification for
an AM that has been built with the related cost. We hope to use this
to determine the relative cost of developing AM's
