Could someone tell me the minimum partitions to be recorded to get
line, circuit, and executive statistics from a node4 entity?

1. To get Node4 statistics, record
- NODE4 Counters
- the counters of all circuits at that node.
2. To get Line statistics, record
- Line Characteristics
- Line Counters
- Corresponding Circuit Counters
3. To get Circuit statistics, record
- Circuit Counters
- Circuit Characteristics
- Corresponding Line Characteristics
If you are going to export to data to an RDB, record atleast ALL IDENTIFIERS
for the NODE, LINE and CIRCUIT entities.
