Not sure if this is a bug or not...

I had never been able to use MCC from my account... the DEMO account was fine
so I assumed it was a privilege problem or something. MCC kept doing the
following...

$ mana/ent show mcc 0
DECmcc (V1.1.0)

Using default ALL IDENTIFIERS

MCC 0
%MCC-E-INVALIDTIME,  invalid time specified
%MCC-F-TRM_FAILURE, PM unable to continue
$

Today I discovered the problem, MCC now works fine after deassigning the
job wide logical.

I used to be on a system with that ran the LIB$DT_STARTUP.COM file and I still
had a redefinition of the date/time formats in my login.com. No other layered
products I use seem to have a problem with this logical, why does MCC?
