For those on the left side of the pond, these files (and others)
are posted in
NSSG::SYS$PUBLIC:[MCC.MAPS]

I am unable to access the map files listed in the previous note in
NSSG::SYS$PUBLIC:[MCC.MAPS]
For the past several days, this node has been unreachable. Does this
location for map files still exist? Have these map files been moved?
Is there another location for map files in the network? I just need a
pointer.

| The node NSSG was shut down several months ago unfortunatly. I am
checking but have not yet found if the map files were moved anywhere.

| Those files were simply copies of other maps that were pointed
to elsewhere in this conference. the operations folks here were supposed
to make copies of all the disks before the system was junked.
If it is real critical, I suppose we could hunt up the tape.
Is it worth it? As I said before, there was nothing unique there,
just copies of other, known, maps.

| Thanks for the update about the map files. I was under the impression
that there was some sort of repository for map files in some central
location so that these types of files could be shared more easily. If
that's not the case, then I guess I'll have to do more searching
through this notes file.
I am looking for some backdrop maps for things other than geographic
locations, such as a building for example. This is for a demo I am
working on for DECworld 92.

| Sounds like DUA3 doesn't exist on MAYDAY.
I suggest sending mail to the original poster of the note.
Mininodes.lst has the following on MAYDAY
